Position Summary:
Design, develop and maintain the Flash Media Server (FMS) product, in a small but highly motivated team environment. This position will entail taking ownership of specific portions of the server functionality. Additionally, you will work with Product Managers to define product requirements, functionality and develop software specifications. This position works in a highly cross functional environment: cooperate with QA to ensure very high product quality; work with FMS Support Engineering. Interface with other teams to communicate FMS needs and build individual relationships.

" Knowledge or experience with high performance java servers using NIO, strongly preferred.
" Knowledge of VOIP related standards SIP, RTP, RTSP etc.
