Everybody links to some Flex 3.1 download that I can't even figure out how to use without referencing scattered documentation. There's an easier way, FYI:

From Flex Builder/Eclipse, go to the top Help menu, then click on "Search for Flex Builder Updates". You'll figure out what to do from there.
