The title really says it all: Fabio's session titled Encoding Best Practices For H.264 Video Using Flash is - amongst many others - now available on Adobe TV.

I've not had a chance to watch it yet but feel free to leave comments below if you have. I'll definitely put it on my ever-growing MAX catchup list.

Fabio's session was well worth watching, sure there is some stuff you should know already if you are using flash video, but Fabio has a good way of pointing out the things that are really important and/or often neglected and he manages to give you all the information you need in not too many words. Everyone who is running a flash video site should watch this and ask himself if he knew it all before and if he is really adhering to all of Fabio's tips and techniques.
